Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604-05-R-0193. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 19 July 2004 and Class Deviation 2004-00001 and DFARS Change Nocie 20040625. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. This RFQ has the following line item(s): CLIN Description 0001 Upgrade/Replace Pure Request System This is a Sole Source requirement. Place of performance: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions.
