Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following equipment: Item 0001: 13 each, Thrane & Thrane Small Dish Antenna for the Capsat Messenger  Model TT  3008D. Pricing must be FOB destination to Zip Code 30905. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-05-Q-2508. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. You do not have t o provide the information in provision 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with your offer, it will be obtained from the apparent successful offeror prior to award. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions C ommercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
