- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Saia-Burgess, Inc., 801 Scholz Dive, Vandalia, OH 45377. The sole source is based on compatibility with existing equipment and pre- qualified status. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this manufacture sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. Interested parties are invited to respond. E-mail or facsimile quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date.
