Description

This is notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to Auralog Inc., 2720 S Hardy Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to procure advance and military specific language training software. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 16 Sep 2005. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. However, determination to compete or not compete this procurement action is solely the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 4:00 pm EST on 09 Sep 2005. No extensions will be granted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submission will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted. The point of contact for this requirement is Mr. John E.
