The purpose of this amendment is to allow potential respondents additional time to submit responses due to additional items identified and added by amendment 5 on 4 September 2005. Combined synopsis/solicitation DGEPR59913 is revised to close at 2 p.m. EST on 07 September 2005. Respondents are reminded that this requirement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible HUBZone eligible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
