- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0443 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334220 and small business size standard 750 employees. (v) (1) AN/PRC-117F Radio to include AN/PRC-117F(C) Receiver/Transmitter, Qty: 3ea. (2) AN/PRC-117F Manpack Blade Antenna, Qty: 3ea. (3) AN/PRC-117F Speaker, w/RIO INT, OD CAR, Qty: 3ea. (4) AN/PRC-117F Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery. , Qty: 3ea. (5) AN/PRC-117F Dual-Band VHF/UHF Manpack Antenna, Qty: 3ea. (6) AN/PRC-117F Cable Assembly, RF5800M/U REM, Qty: 3ea. (7) AN/PRC-117F UHF Satcom Antenna Set, 240 to 400 MHz cable (BNC Connector), Qty: 3 ea. (vii) Delivery is to take place 35 days ARO. FOB Destination is preferred to 5020 E. Arizola St., Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
