Description

The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Advanced Communications, 2417 Baylor SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of the following required items: 1 each, 40 channel nice log digital recorder (analog or digital inputs), part # PSBAS-40; 1 each, raid 5 hard disk drive system (17,600 online channel hours), part # PSHR176000R5N; 1 each, additional seat of LMR, part # NAP89-LMR-A; 1 each installation and training of recorder, part # PB-NNL32C-05; 2 each, audio input cables ?15M, part # CA04; 6 each, installation of replay software per position, part # PB-NAPPWS-05; 5 each, installation of recorder, part # Labor; and 6 each, last message replay SW, part # NAP89-LMR-A. Items included in this order: DVD archive module (1), Microsoft SQL-server 2000 software (1), NICELOG media library package (1), NICE monitor user license (3), NICE admin license (1), NICE supervisor license (1), scenario replay license (3), and last message replay (5). Advanced Communications is the only known responsible source at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 15 Sep 05.
