Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a BRAND NAME requirement for a Pump, AB772M, 40HP, WPH 460, hydromatic model SD4LCW4000FC submersible dry pit sewage pump, 50 foot dual cord, lower T-C seal, water jacket, 4? x 6?, explosion proof, 11.38? impeller, 40HP, 1750RPM, 460V, 3PH, 60HZ, replacement for 987. Mfg. Hydromatic Pumps, part number: SD4LCWE000, quantity two (2) each. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-05-T-0402 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5084, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423830.
