- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ***************************************************************** Purchase Request Number: F3W3365153A100 ? This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. ***************************************************************** Line Item 0001: 1 LUMP SUM Contract for providing coveralls to 78 automotive mchanics. 3 each coveralls will be issued to each mechanic (total of 234). An additional cleaning, and if necessary the repair of approx. 52 winter coveralls by this organization is included in this contract. The coveralls will be changed each year, there is a POSSIBILITY of option years. ***************************************************************** Description: This is a planning purchase request, award is subject to availability of funds. ***************************************************************** Shipping Information: Delivery is to be made within 30 days after receipt of order. Acceptance of the item will be made at the Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. FOB: Destination. Complete shipping address and Point of Contact will be provided upon award. ***************************************************************** The following clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation (available from http://farsite.hill.af.mil) 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 2005) 52.212-2 - EVALUATION - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a)The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Past Performance.
