An organized site visit is scheduled for 13 September 05, 10:00 a.m. CDT, Conference room, ACA Contracting, 2103 South 8th Ave, Fort McCoy, WI 54 656 applicable to this requirement. Attendees at the pre-proposal conference/site visit are cautioned that the Government will not wait for anyone who is late or lost and will not hold another pre-proposal conference/site visit. Offerors are urged and ex pected to attend the site visit to ensure their system is compatible with the existing telephone switching systems by means of an inspection of the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions (including inspection of the existing notification system) that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
