THERE IS WIRING AND AND SOLDERING. CHROMATE FILM AND CARC PAINT ARE REQUIRED. THE PART IS APPROXIMATE 4 INCHES X 4INCHES X 5 INCHES. END USE M1A1 TANK ---THIS PROCUREMENT SHALL BE A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE BUY******* Additional informati on: This procurement is a Best Value procurement and will be a full and open competition.
