Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue an award to Savannah Communications for radio/repeater installation at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge in Hardeeville, SC. Savannah Communications is the only authorized Motorola Service Shop in the local area. Savannah Communications has prior experience with the refuge's multi-cast repeater network and they have the expertise to troubleshoot the system and make necessary repairs. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
