Description

Please note that on page 8 of the section labeled "Prospectus Package," the last sentence of paragraph 2a(2) of Subfactor 2a, Quality Visitor Services, beginning with "Please provide your proposed Fixed Fuel Margin. . ." should read as follows: Please state the Fixed Fuel Margin you counsider necessary to provide a reasonable opportunity for profit under the draft Contract. The Fixed Fuel Margin does not have to be the same as the NPS estimate. Please provide pro forma financial projections supporting your calculation of the Fixed Fuel Margin (expressed in cents per gallon to the nearest thenth of one cent).
