Description

On behalf of the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate , the Department of the Interior, National Business Center at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona intends to solicit proposals for scientific, technical, engineering, and administrative support on a full and open competitive basis from qualified offerors. The Government expects to have a Request for Proposal (RFP) available on the DOI/NBC website by 7 Oct 2005. All interested firms should refer to web address, http://ideasec.nbc.gov, to obtain an electronic copy of the RFP. The anticipated award date is on or before 31 Dec 2005. Questions/comments pertaining to the synopsis and/or RFP may be sent via email to Lutisha_hill@nbc.gov. Copies of the RFP will only be available from the website.
