- Notice of Intent to award a contract to Ricarl Design for LFA Handling System Configuration Management and engineering services for the SAS Handling System and requiring the use of redline drawings that are located at Ricarl Design. This work also requires the contractor to have a secret security clearance, intimate knowledge of the two ships equipped with the system and PMS-485. The current services require information from the co-developer (along with the Navy) of the system, which is Ricarl Design. See Note 22
