Description: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the PMW 170 ??? Global Broadcast Service (GBS) program, is seeking information on the approach the interested contractor will execute to identify the requirements for the engineering, analysis, production, factory acceptance testing, and delivery of the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Shipboard Antenna System (SAS) 1-GHz Ka-band Low Noise Blockers (LNBs) as well as any modifications to the Tracking Receiver/Controller Assemblies TR/CAs as outlined in the GBS SAS FO Contract Specification dated 16 February 2005. The contractor shall submit a white paper that describes the analysis approach to the Government.
