- The Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423's are hereby attached. See attachments for the synopsis/solicitation and Past Performance info. The following two local clauses, B-312 and G-314 were referenced in the synopsis/solicitation but were not incorporated in full text. The two clauses are hereby added as follows. B-312 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES As referred to in paragraph (b) of the "Indefinite Quantity" clause of this contract, the contract minimum quantity is a total of $25,000 worth of orders at the contract unit price(s). The maximum quantity is the total estimated amount of the contract. The maximum quantity is not to be exceeded without prior approval of the Procuring Contracting Officer. G-314 TYPE OF CONTRACT This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price type of contract. CLARIFICATION: Clause L-349 SUBMISSION OF ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS Offerors MUST adhere to the following paragraph. (c) Bids and proposals submitted electronically will be considered late unless the bidder or offeror completes the entire transmission of the bid or proposal prior to the due date and time for receipt of bids or proposals. Proposal transmission must be completed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (11:00 AM Pacific Time) on 12 September 2005. NOTE: In addition to the electronic submission, offerors must submit one complete hard copy of the proposal listed below prior to the date and closing time specified for receipt of proposals: The hard copy of the proposal MUST be IDENTICAL to the electronic file submission. The closing date and time for receipt of offers is corrected to read 2:00 PM EST, 12 September 2005. Offers are to be Emailed/faxed with a hard copy to the following address: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston, P.O. BOX 190022, North Charleston, SC 29419-9022, Code 0215PG.
