Description

ISSUE DATE: 09/08/05. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for HVAC Duct & Filter Cleaning at Waesche Hall, USCG Academy, New London, CT (New County). This work includes thoroughly cleaning the HVAC System in Waeche Hall. The cleaning work is to include, but is not limited to, the following components: Main Air Handling Unit(s) or Exhaust/Return Units ? unit enclosure; heating coils; cooling coils, fan assembly; replacement of existing filters and/or filter section; outside air intake, including all supply and return ductwork, all associated air terminal devices; exhaust duct system and all associated registers, exhaust fans, and fire and fir/smoke campers. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 09/23/05. The date for receipt of offer is scheduled for 10/14/05 at 11:00 am. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19, and is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561790 and the size standard is $6.0 million. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site.
