- PR-No.: IQC05228009244, NSN 5985-01-013-3527, Coupler, Directional, I/A/W Drawing (82577) 926113 and all associated DWGS, with no exceptions. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 18-each in 180 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 10-each every 30-day thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 5 to 9, 10 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 to 72. Full and Open Competition applies See Note 26. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. All shipments are CONUS. First Article Test required 2 test units (TE). First Article Test Report Samples for evaluation/approval due 270 calendar days from date of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 26 SEPTEMBER 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
