Description

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) announces a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-52KY-S-05-2007 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at: http://www.arnet.gov/far. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The following Department of Labor Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act apply to this procurement: 94-2193 REV (30). The full text of the above wage determinations may be obtained at www.wdol.gov . The USDA NRCS announces a Request for Quote (RFQ) for reconstruction (break down and setup) of modular office furniture and other office equipment in the Indiana state office. Work will consist of breaking down, moving/rearranging, and setup of the modular furniture to the design that will be given to you during the site visit walk through. The Government contemplates the award of one or two Firm Fixed Price type of contracts resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m. local time, on September 13, 2005, at the following address: USDA, NRCS, 6013 Lakeside Blvd. Indianapolis, IN 46278.
