Description

Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, transportation, packaging, analysis, equipment and reports necessary to remove and dispose of hazardous waste for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Michigan and Ohio, in strict accordance with all specifications, schedules, terms, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation and any resulting contract document, from projected date of award, through October 31, 2006, with four pre-priced option years, from November 1, 2006, through, October 31, 2010. Awarded contractor shall be prepared to begin providing service at time of award. This contract will be done on an estimated indefinite quantity basis. The solicitation is now available on this website. If unable to pull off the documents, Request for proposals (RFPs) 553-48-05, shall be submitted in writing via mail or facsimile at (313) 576-1077, no telephone requests will be accepted. All requests shall include company name, address, contact person and facsimile number. No electronic requests will be accepted as VA does not assume any risk associated with use of electronic mail. Proposals are due by 4:00 pm local time, Monday, September 26, 2005. Proposals received after the due date will not be considered. Contractors are responsible to verify receipt of any requests or proposals sent to the contract office. Always refer to RFP 553-48-05 on all documentation and requests.
