Provisions and clauses are incorporated through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. The solicitation number for this Request is 261-0282-05. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 421450 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. DELIVERIES: All supplies shall be delivered FOB Destination to the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121, Attn: Warehouse, Building 203.
