Description

This is a solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFQ) 673-171-05 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. North American Industry Classification System is 811310. Small Business Size standard is 500 employees. Provide all of the labor and materials to remove spool piece on suction side of vertical B & G pumps, remove 4? 90 and flange on bottom of spool piece and relocated to pipe before spool piece, install, tighten 16? Y-Strainers 90 from bottom so strainer basket is accessible for clean out. Replum PVC 4? to relocated 4? valves (on pump 2,3,4). Pump #1 fabricated 16x27? spool piece using materials from removed spool piece from other pumps, on pump #1 relocated 4? 90 and flange will be in fabricated spool piece. Other three pumps will not have spool pieces. All request for solicitations shall be in writing and sent to the James A. Haley VA Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612 or Faxed to Luisa Rodriguez at 813-972-7572. The Government shall not be held responsible for the quality of fax. Anything received after 9/21/05 will be rejected as non-responsive.
