Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and supervision necessary to perform Maintenance for the Government owned Emergency Generator Systems, and other related equipment located at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705-2254. Maintenance, and service/repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the equipment manufacturer and industry standards. Anticipated period of performance is on or about September 27, 2005 through November 31, 2005. Contract type is firm-fixed price and is unrestricted. NACIS Code is 811310. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is September 26, 2005. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 8, 2005. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available free of charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs Business Opportunities System (BOS) website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
