- The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition purchase order for brand name of Infrastructure Certification and Configuration Management Equipment. This item is being procured under FAR 13.5, Commercial Item Test Program. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
