Description

This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and the number assigned to it is W15P7T-05-R-D214. The proposed action is for a one-year, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for support to the Army Housing Office located in Presidential Towers, 25 11 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202 and SRA International, 4300 Fairlakes Court, Fairfax VA 22033 in areas of project management, technical management, contract management and oversight, configuration management, inventory management (production, f ield, and maintenance environments), worldwide help desk, web-base development, software development, hosting, certifications and accreditations, and deployment, net-centric data management, and training to support the Housing Operations Management Systems (HOMES) and all related application systems. This acquisition will be competed as a small business set aside. The RFP will be issued on or about 12 September 2005 and the anticipated award date is on or about 01 October 2005 with the period of performanc e being from 01 October 2005 to 30 September 2006. The NAICS code is 541513 with the small business size standard being under $21M. The C-E LCMC, Fort Monmouth, has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry (ASFI) to allo w electronic posting of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to industry.
