Description

Notice of Intent to award a contract to Hanchett Engineering Associates for engineering program/conference coordination services. Coordination of these services requires preexisting experience dealing with symposium and conference management involving the Government security industry and private industry attendees. The contractor must also have a preexisting understanding of the historic and contemporary issues concerning security engineering, security industry and user community, with specific emphasis on security seals from both a DoD and DHS perspective. The contractor must already have established, professional contacts with individuals involved with security engineering, with specific emphasis on security seals. Additionally the contractor must have a knowledge of local (Ventura/Santa Barbara counties) facilities or activities of interest for a one-day field trip for symposium attendees. See Note 22
