Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) HM165305T0006. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $21M. The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order under the test program described in FAR 13.5 for the contractor to provide the following items: ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT 0001AA Onyx Postershop 6.0 commercial 24 EA Software licenses. that have a CPU with 40 GB of memory, 1 GB of RAM, and 17? flat screen monitors manufactured by HP. Of the 24 copies, 9 will be installed on workstations consisting of the above equipment. These 9 copies must have the ability to print to several plotters at once w/o locking up the print server. The Government will install the remaining 15 copies in computer labs. CLIN 0002AA Installation and modification LUMP SUM costs to reconfigure Onyx 6.0 Postershop as described in CLIN 0001AA above. Delivery of software and installation/modification is to be completed within 30 days after award. Installation shall be performed at the National Geospatial Intelligence School (NGS) located in Ft. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a single award made to that responsive/responsible offeror who offers the lowest price for all items. ALL OFFERORS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS?COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER.
