Description

Solicitation SB1341-05-Q-0126 dated September 06, 2005 is hereby amended to address the following: Vendor questions and answers: Question: In these coils, the entering water temperature is around 53 degrees, and the leaving air temperature is 37 degrees. This is not possible, Should the water temperature be changed to lower than 37 degrees? Answer: These heat recovery coils are used in a heating application. The entering air is negative 11C (12F) and leaving air is around 2C (35F). At these entering and leaving conditions an entering water temperate of 11C (52F) will work. Note: For Line Items 0001- 0011, Specification (3) shall read as follows: E.A.T. (DB degrees C) negative 11.0 NOTE: ALL VENDOR QUESTIONS/CONCERNS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION & ANY AMENDMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL TO THE PURCHASING AGENT (Joni.Laster@nist.gov) NO LATER THAN 12 NOON ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2005, ONLY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS RECEIVED BY THIS DATE/TIME SHALL BE ADDRESSED.*** The due date for submission remains unchanged and responses shall be received by 3:30 p.m. local time on September 15, 2005.
