Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for the Repair of Power Circuit Card Assemblies in support of the AN/SPS-73 Surface Search Radar System; specifically NSN 5998-01-461-6394, P/N CUS/VGM1-S420EBPUVXRX, Estimated Qty 47 each. All repaired or replacement material must meet form, fit, function and compatibility criteria of the current version of the AN/SPS-73 software installed. Repairs will be made in accordance with USCG ELC Statement of Work (to be provided electronically with solicitation). It is the Government?s intention to solicit and negotiate solely with Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing, Inc. (previous Synergy Microsystems, Inc.) as they are the original source for this equipment and the only source that has the required capabilities and system to purchase and repair these circuit card assemblies. The Coast Guard does not possess the data rights to the specification, drawings, equipment mock ups, test fixtures, testing, environmental controls, quality assurance and documentation necessary to perform the repairs. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USCG ELC, Baltimore, MD 21226. Inspection and Acceptance will be done at destination. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the EPS system for future notices and changes. This is not a request for proposal, therefore; no cost or price information shall be submitted at this time. It is the Coast Guard ELC?s intention to advertise a solicitation for requirements within 20 days of this Sources Sought notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. *****
