- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis, with North American CLS, Inc. of Largo, MD. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The purpose of this procurement is for continuing access to the ARGOS service. North American CLS is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. The period of performance is for one year. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
