Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure one (1) Directory File Transfer System Application Software Version 3.0; one (1) Year Continued Secure Application Hot Line Service/Support; one (1) Year Continued Warranty for the Send Only & Receive Only Communication Cards, Versions 3.0 and Fiber Optic Cable, from Owl Computing Technologies Inc., on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
