Description: The Department of Justice intends to procure ADP Software Maintenance on the following: one (1) Summation Blaze LG Gold 35 Node; one (1) Summation iBlaze 20 Node Site License; one (1) Summation iBlaze Single Site License; eighteen (18) Summation iBlaze Single-User, from Summation Legal Technologies Inc., on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
