Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The RFQ has the following line items: 0001 ? Five copies ArcGIS 9.1 ArcInfo(or equal); 0002 ? 5 copies Spatial Analyst for ArcGIS Concurrent (or equal); 0003 ? 5 copies Tracking Analyst for ArcGIS Concurrent (or equal); 0004 ? Military Analyst ArcGIS 9.x (or equal) (this item is provided from ESRI at no charge); 0005 ? ArcGIS Installation Package (or equal) (this item is included in the cost of item 0001). Ship to: NASIC/SCXA, 4170 Hebble Creek Road, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433. Delivery required 30 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, net 30 days payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-2 (a) and 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer.
