Description
Breeding/UPS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement number FA4427-05-Q-0053, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 and Defense DCN 20050901. The solicitation/acquisition listed here is 100% small business set aside (or as applicable). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5895. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4899. The North American Industry Classification System is 517110 and the associated business size standard is 1,500 Employees . If (2) two or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. H, Weight: 660 lbs./ Single rotary handle switch interlocked for ?make-before-break? transfer of the load Shipped separately, including interconnecting cables to bolt to the right side of the UPS. Casters and leveling feet. Start-up Services, including the following: startup scheduled at the customers designated time. Item 0002 (1 each) - Inside Delivery Services: Standard freight is dock to dock. This service includes uncrating the equipment and delivery inside the building to the point of installation. Item 0003 (1 each) ? Siesmic Anchor Kit (government will install). Item(s) shall be delivered to FOB point Travis AFB, CA no later than 30 days after receipt of order.
