Requirement is for 1 Each, CNC Rotary-Draw Tube Bending Machine and Tooling to include, Bend Dies, Clamp Dies, Pressure Dies, Collet Inserts, Mandrels, Wiper Dies and Mandrel Rods. Offerors are required to provide unit prices for the tooling listed in the RFQ. The solicitation includes FAR claus e 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Requirement is for RD30-CNC Rotary-Draw Tube Bender as manufactured by Winton Machine Company, Suwanee, GA or equal. Requirements include dual radius capability, automatic mandrel lubrication, wiper die holder, overhead ti e bar, training at Ft. Campbell, KY and one year parts and service warranty. Performance, physical and functional specifications for the machine and required tooling are listed in the RFQ.
