Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: Skid Steer, 1 ea, Bobcat Track Loader, T250 or equal. Unit will have at a minimum the following; the drive system will consist of a fully hydrostatic rubber track drive. The tracks will be 18 wide w/tension grease cylinder. Capacities of the fuel tank wi ll be 30 gal, and a hydraulic tank of 4.7 gal. Controls will consist of direction and speed controlled by two hand levers. Tilt and lift will be controlled by two separate foot pedals or the all inclusive hand levers. Engine will be operated by a hand leve l throttle and have a key-type starter switch and shut down. Unit will be equipped w/automatically activated intake air heater and an engine block heater. Unit will be equipped w/loader and bucket attachment. Dimensions of unit will be 80.9 H x142.9 L x 78W and have a bucket width of 80. Unit will have a ground clearance of 8.4. Features will consist of a fully enclosed operators cab w/ROP and heater/air conditioner. Seat will be vinyl and of an adjustable suspension type. Unit will have the ability to change to a variety of front mounted attachments from inside the operators cab. Unit will have lights front/rear, strobe light, a seatbelt, seat bar, back-up alarm, horn, parking brake and a spark arresting muffler system. Item is required within 30 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to CRTC/CE, BLDG 331, 100 Independence Drive, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5001. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W912J2-05-T-3005. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contract or Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91- 13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423810, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this solicitation.
