Description

The contractor shall provide One (1) each, Topcon IMAGEnet 200 Telemedicine System, TRC-NW65 / Nikon D70 package and automatic Mosaic compilation feature, 220V; One (1) each IMAGEnet Digital Photo attachment (for SL-D7 Slit Lamp), 6.1 megapixels, 220V; One (1) each Topcon SL-D7 Slit Lamp, 220V; One (1) each Topcon AIT-350W Electric Table, handicapped accessible, 220V; Shipping and Handling Fee; Two (2) each Service Manuals In English; Two (2) each Operator Manuals in English. The place of delivery is Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany. The required delivery date is no less than 30 days after receipt of order. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated Request for Quotationl Issue Date: 9 September 2005. Estimated Quotation Closing Date: 16 September 2005. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://ww w.eps.gov). This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. In order to be eligible fo r award, registration in the Central Contractor Registration database is required.
