Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Welsh Irrigation and Equipment. This procurement is for the purchase of a Lo-Lift Pump Unit, Model: 562296. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the facsimile number stated herein, Attn: Lewis Boggan. Responses to this notice must be received by September 13, 2004. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Welsh Irrigation and Equipment.
