Amendment 1 incorrectly stated to DELETE 8. This should have stated DELETE 5. Delete this requirement. "Provide a minimum of 120 sample positions, 15 reagent positions and 5 calibration positions. Item 8 "Provide a dual beam filter photometer" remains a requirement. 2. Answers to additional questions submitted: a. What is the sample matrix, exactly? There may be more than one (seawater, brackish water and/or freshwater)? ANSWER: Sample matrices may be seawater, brackish, and/or freshwater. In addition, some samples may be hightly colored with organic acids. b. Is it necessary to run nitrate and nitrite simultaneously? ANSWER: No
