- 70-SOFTWARE SITE LICENSE UPGRADE This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial_ items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR_ Subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in_ this notice. This announcement constitutes the only_ solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued._ PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE._ This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ_ number is N00244-05-T-1057. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC_ 2005-03 and DFARS Change Notice 20050323. It is the_ contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the_ applicable clauses and provisions. The Fleet and Industrial Supply_ Center, San Diego, Detachment Seal Beach requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001._ License Upgrade of CBCM 7.0 Software to CBCM 7.1._ Documentation includes User Guide and Tutorial, Technical Support for a period of 12 months._ FOB Destination.
