The full solicitation with attachments and amendments is available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. This amendment is to make a correction on Amendment 1 plus answer additional questions. 1. Amendment 1 incorrectly stated to DELETE 8. This should have stated DELETE 5. Delete this requirement. "Provide a minimum of 120 sample positions, 15 reagent positions and 5 calibration positions. Item 8 "Provide a dual beam filter photometer" remains a requirement. 2. Answers to additional questions submitted: a. What is the sample matrix, exactly? There may be more than one (seawater, brackish water and/or freshwater)? ANSWER: Sample matrices may be seawater, brackish, and/or freshwater. In addition, some samples may be hightly colored with organic acids. b. Is it necessary to run nitrate and nitrite simultaneously? ANSWER: No NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-SEP-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
