Item 0001 ? SYPLSO3 Dictation Central Processing Unit RTAS Pulse Software and Server Upgrade, includes MS Windows 2003 server and RTAS Pulse Software Version 7.0.0 with embedded HL-7 and Network Management Capability ? 1 each; Item 0002 ? SY09064S RTAS Audio Sub-System Upgrade with Updated Firmware ? 14 each; Item 0003 PT09000S Port User Software License (Per user) Unit ? 8 each; Item 0004 PTXXMLT Multiport (4-port capacity) 2 each; Item 0005 DBRSPLSU RTAS Station Pulse Upgrade-45 each; Item 0006 DSUSHHM RTAS Dictate Universal Dictation Sytem with Hand- 5 each. This requirement is a sole source pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and (d)(1)(B) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).
