Description

This is a modificaion to the original combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. All modifications are incorporated into this posting, and the response time has been extended until 13 Sept 05. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 5pm (CST) Tuesday, 13 Sept 2005. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to alecia.fay@offutt.af.mil or via fax to (402) 294 7280 . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and small business size standard is 1000 employess. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 01: Fuel Vacuum Trailer; Erickson Model SCT 1200 or equal (Qty: 1 each) Specifications must include: - Pintle Hook - CFM: 230 - 1200 Gallon Capacity - Must be able to pump at least 50 Gallons per minute - 2 axel heavy duty trailer with fenders, brakes, lights, jack, - Pump compartment light - 2 rear work lights - Gas Powered Engine - Pumping System for Jet Fuel (JP8) and Water CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD.
