Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base, California is currently seeking information regarding qualified small business sources capable of providing a wireless/battery operated Moving and Stationary Pop-Up Target Range that incorporates the use of laser engagement systems and has flexible programming capabilities. The following are required: 16 each Stationary Infantry Targets (SIT); 4 each Moving Infantry Target (MIT); 2 each Battle Effects Simulator (BES); 1 each Handheld Controller (HHC); 1 each Sound Effects Simulator (SES); On Site Operational Training. All items must be compatible with RETS, PRIME and MILES. Pop-up target system must be comparable to the product information and system found at the following web address: http://lmtds.hiwaay.net/ramac.html . Interested parties who believe they can meet or exceed the requirements described in this notice are requested to submit a letter of interest stating that the requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address of firm; size of business; Cage Code; and whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB-zone, disabled veteran- or woman-owned business. Brochures, drawings and specification data shall also be submitted for review. Respondents must also identify: applicable warranty, availability, lead-time/delivery and whether or not installation can be accomplished by the end-user. The applicable NAICS code is 333319 . The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 500 employees. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of each interested party to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement.
