Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole Source purchase order with Johnson Controls, Inc., Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is to provide preventative maintenance services to the heating and cooling equipment at the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital, Eagle Butte, South Dakota. A market survey was conducted and due to the remoteness of the Eagle Butte Hospital, this vendor is the only one that can respond to emergency service calls within two hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole Source, FAR 6.302-1.
