Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Praxis Engineering Technologies, Inc. at 135 National Business Parkway, #310, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 for the design, development and documentation of the Centralized Evidence Reporting and Tracking System (CERTS). Praxis is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is six months. This purchase order shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR) Subpart 13.5. The following following clauses and provisions under FAR Subpart 12.3 are applicable. 52.212-1 (Jan 2005) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52-215-3 (MAR 2005) Offer Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, 52.212-4 (OCT 2003)Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 (July 2005)Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
