Description: Sole-Source BOS Announcement 261-0274-05 Classification: 70- ADP Equipment Software NAICS: 511210 Pursuant to the authority cited in FAR Part 6.302-1 (a) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source purchase with Vital Images for the following medical equipment software to be located at VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VISN 21). The Government has determined that this is the only responsible source and no other software will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package will be made available. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
