Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 673-165-05 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 811219 at $6 Million. The VAMC Tampa, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation to provide all labor, transportation and parts necessary to provide preventive maintenance and repair of Autoscript III B Robotic Automated Medication Dispensing System with a Cassette Exchange Agreement. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB September 22, 2005. ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
