Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial Supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services, the size standard of which is $14Million (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Data Center Cleaning REQUIREMENTS: Areas to be serviced: Scampi- 958 sq ft, Server Room 1- 4895 sq ft, Server Room 2- 4201 sq ft, Red Switch- 1220 sq ft 1. Data center clean of sub floor, top of access floor and exterior equipment: -Subfloor- systematic lifting of accessible tiles, HEPA/ULPA vacuuming of stringers and pedestals; complete sub-floor plenum HEPA/ULPA vacuum decontamination including removal of ferrous metal. -Stringers / pedestals- HEPA/ULPA vacuum of stringers and panel edges to remove particulate -Perforated Tiles- removal of debris trapped in perforated floor panels. Lifting of any perforated tiles as necessary according to manufacturer's guidelines to allow for access to areas of the subfloor to initiate subfloor cleaning. -Anti-static top of access floor treatment /cleaning- data center cleaning of static dissipative laminate tile with HEPA/ULPA vacuuming of top of floor (including crevices, underneath and around equipment) followed by Gel Autoscrubber machine using Enviroclean Anti-static solution. -Glass & Monitor screens- anti-static wipe-down of all interior glass and monitor screens -Equipment- HEPA/ULPA vacuum and exterior sterile wipe-down of equipment located in the defined data center area using Enviroclean anti-static solution 2. Bottom of access floor tile wipe: -Access floor tile must be systematically lifted and flipped and wiped with anti-static chemical - completed in conjunction with #1. 3. Data Center wall wipe-down: -HEPA/ULPA vacuuming and wipe-down of all walls form the ceiling to the top of the access floor with anti-static solution 4. Ceiling wipe-down of Red switch room 1,220sq ft: -HEPA/LPA vacuuming and wipe-down of the ceiling of the red switch room as it is open and extremely dirty- wipe-down completed using anti-static solution. 5. Environmental report: - Airborne particle counts and condition of sub-floor plenum, ferrous metal tests, vapor barrier inspection temperature and humidity test, proper cleaning enhancements and airflow quality, visible inspection of equipment and above floor surface, concrete sub-floor deck seal test, recommendations and conclusions. All work is to be completed in a professional manner to IES standard RP-0018 and Federal Standard 209e. Vendor to provide all equipment, supplies and chemicals required for this contract.
